A.) Owner's
Statement - statement providing
ownership history, with mileage, and current odometer mileage,
if accurate. If odometer is not accurate, provide explanation
and mileage estimate.
Must be
completed by every applicant; 1 point will be awarded for
satisfactory completion of category A.
B.) Motor - list
mileage and modifications and/or rebuild dates and specs, or
state "original stock"; if
restored to original stock, give date of
restoration:
Maximum of 33 points to be
awarded; the four HP classes ( XHP, UHP, SHP & VHP) must
make at least 31 points (at minimum) to qualify, while the
three Show classes ( SSS, MSC & FSS) must make at least 28
points.
Must be completed by
every applicant.
C.) Transmission /
Rear End - list mileage and modifications, or state
"original stock", and give condition; if restored,
give date and mileage of restoration:
Maximum of 12 points for all
classes, must make 10 points at minimum to qualify.
Must be completed by every
applicant.
Original
Stock, Interior in excellent condition.
D.) Brakes,
Suspension, Wheels & Tires - list mileage and
modifications or state "original
stock"; state condition of each and if rebuilt /
restored, give applicable dates:
Maximum of 20 points for all
classes, must make 17 points at minimum to qualify.
Must be completed by every
applicant.
Original
Stock, Interior in excellent condition.
E.) Body &
Paint, and Interior - list mileage and
modifications from stock appearance (body & interior), or
state "original stock condition maintained"; if
restored to original stock appearance, give dates and
mileage(s) of restoration(s).
Maximum of 34 points; all three
Show Classes must make at least 32 points (at minimum) to
qualify, HP Classes must make 27 points at minimum.
Must be completed by every
applicant.

Stock, Interior in excellent condition.
F.) Performance
- state last documented track time and date, giving
specific location of track:
Completion of this
statement and submission of documentation is REQUIRED for all
applications in the four HP Classes, and OPTIONAL for all Show
Class applications. Member applications can claim the
grand-fathered time certification status via the Fastest
Members List on GN/T-Type.org web site until November 30,
2004. Up to 5 bonus points may be awarded for outstanding
track time consistency at the option of the judges.
Required for HP class
applicants, optional for Show class applicants.

G.) Other -
for describing modifications of your car that do not fit into
one of the six required items above - such as, sound system
upgrades, personal enhancements, etc...:
OPTIONAL for all Classes.
Up to 3 bonus points may be awarded for exceptional
enhancements and modifications at the option of the judges.
