This registry

history of
ownership, and quality of restoration or
preservation. In addition, current owners not listed are encouraged to
register
their cars. Also, refer to question # 2, The Benefits of joining GNregistry.
7. What are the Black Diamond Awards, categories,
classes and judging factors?
The "Black
Diamond Awards" are best explained throughout the web site, please
visit
Home,
Goals and
Awards for more information and
details.
8. Where can I find more technical information
about "Turbo Regals and Grand Nationals"?
Please visit
Resources / Links
or
Sponsors
on
GNregistry.org web site for more information.
9. Why
do you have two web site domain names -- GNregistry.org and GNregistry.com?
Location,
Location, Location -- Both names were chosen for easy memory recall and it
represents our
Purpose.
"Turbo Regal"
owners
and "Grand National" owners should realize after 15 years that the names
are often
interchangeable,
except to those who
are the actual owners. Technically, they are both a Regal with a 3.8
L V-6
Turbo engine, just with
different features and
options. To prevent
any misconceptions or confusion, the founders
of GNregistry believed that gnttyperegistry.org was not an option and
may be mistaken as an affiliation to the
GN/T-Type
Enthusiast Organization.
GNregistry is an entirely separate entity and is a non-profit organization.
However,
turboregalregistry.org would be very long in
regards to memory recall,
marketing,
awards and events,
therefore,
to enhance
marketing and easy recall,
"GNregistry" was chosen. In
addition, to prevent
competition
and/or duplication of GNregistry, GNregistry.org
and GNregistry.com were chosen.
10.
What do I do if my vehicle is listed on GNregistry.org, however, I am not
a member of GNregistry?
Please
contact GNregistry as soon as possible. GNregistry ID is used to identify
vehicles and the last digit
will be
modified to show change of ownership, along with all other pertinent owner
information.
